Business Analytics Manager, Trust and Safety

As a Business Analytics Manager for YouTube Trust and Safety, you will be responsible for formulating metric strategies and implementing analytical solutions to drive insights for successful enforcement operations at scale within Youtube. This will include leading a highly capable team of analysts to develop key performance indicators (KPI) and measurement across trust and safety operations, developing experimentation and analysis to understand key business questions, and drive insights at an executive level to improve enforcement operations. In this role, you will work cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders from policy, operations, legal, engineering, and product teams to co-own strategy and address a wide variety of complex issues such as reviewer efficiency, decision quality, enforcement timeliness, and violation risk. In this role, you may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content during team escalations in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.

In this role, you will manage global teams across different time zones and will perform on call/escalation work.
