Job Description
The YouTube BrandConnect model is focused on scaled integrations. There are no production studios or scripts so that all integrations are authentic content, in the perspective of the creator, integrates the brand message.

As a Branded Content Manager, you'll work to ensure we match brands with creators using data-driven audience insights and offer excellent solutions across media and branded content. You will focus on on client management, campaign curation, high service delivery, promotions, data analysis, and content expertise.

In this role, you will be the client liaison while facilitating branded content campaign execution with creators. You will also work on developing client business via the successful repeat business and fulfillment of upfronts. In addition, you will partner with both external brands and internal teams and deliver close relationship management so that they are equally committed to and excited about YouTube BrandConnect within the Google video context.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage key pieces of the YouTube BrandConnect influencer marketing process, including campaign curation and strategy (e.g., using data and insights). Work across YouTube internal teams and directly with Google clients.
• Act as an external point of contact and pre-business consultant to clients by providing functional strategy and execution knowledge along with data analysis that supports recommendations.
• Lead campaigns and provide day-to-day campaign direction and oversight, including managing client feedback and problem-solving through the execution process.
• Curate talent lists for campaigns, including working with data and consulting with independent creators and agencies. Identify the best creators to fit a brand's campaign using our product tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience with partner/account management, partner-focused work in creator-driven strategies, TV/media or internet, partner operations management, or partner technology management.
• Experience in media, marketing, account management, branded content, or video program management.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in branded content and/or influencer marketing.
• Knowledge of YouTube creators and the YouTube media/Ads ecosystem.
• Ability to work proactively and operate in a fluid and largely undefined industry.
• Ability to think strategically and work with cross-functional coordination and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
