Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time, highly organized, detailed oriented Digital who has an understanding of digital advertising mediums like OTT, Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Display, and Pre-Roll. The position will report to the Digital Sales Manager and will play an active roll in launching and optimizing digital campaigns along side Marketing Consultants. They will assist the station's Digital Sales Manager and other Sales Management.

Responsibilities of the position is to:
• Provide assistance and support to Managers and Marketing Consultants (MCs) during the sales process of digital campaigns. Duties range from contributing ideas during strategy sessions, quoting out campaigns, creating presentations or working on client correspondence
• Provide assistance and support in launching and optimizing all sold digital campaigns
• Deploy all sold digital campaigns in an accurate and timely manner, troubleshooting for any issues during the fulfillment process
• Monitor internal project ticketing systems to ensure all projects are processed quickly and efficiently
• Act as a liaison between Corporate, our vendor, and the station sales team
• Maintain an open line of communication on campaign statuses with the Digital Sales Manager (DSM) and Marketing Consultants on a daily basis
• Develop monthly or quarterly reports for clients as requested by MCs
• Attend weekly training sessions and assist with communicating important updates to digital solutions or internal processes to the sales team
• Attend presentations or campaign review meetings with the Digital Sales Manager and Marketing Consultants with clients as requested
• Have knowledge and utilization of Google Analytics and UTMs
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Digital Sales Manager

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and has excellent organizational, written, and presentation skills
• Demonstrates strong and effective ability to analyze data
• Has a foundational knowledge of digital marketing terms and trends, and posses a desire for continued learning in the field
• Work experience in digital marketing preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment, and has strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under varying circumstances, and works well on a team
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Experience in Microsoft Suite required
