Job Summary/Description:

WWBT/NBC12 is the leading broadcast television station with a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality content to our viewers and impactful advertising solutions to our clients. We are committed to investing in the latest technology and expanding our reach through digital platforms. We are looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our digital sales revenue. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Sales Coordinator to join our sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the digital sales efforts of the station, including the additional duties/responsibilities listed below:
• Assist the Digital Sales Manager in developing and executing digital sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales team to create digital advertising proposals and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns including trafficking, monitoring and optimization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments related to digital advertising.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate digital sales records and prepare reports for management as required.
• Attend sales meetings and provide updates on digital sales performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Experience in digital advertising sales or coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Ad Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
• COVID vaccination and MVR check required.
