Job Summary/Description:

NBC29 is seeking a detail oriented, technologically savvy Sales Assistant. Assistant will report directly to General Sales Manager. This position requires someone who is able to work in a fast paced office and is able to be organized in a multitasking environment.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist General Sales Manager
* Enter orders in sales management system
* Assist AEs along with national and local clients with billing and order entry issues
* Screen visitors through intercom security camera system
* Assist General Manager with admin/clerical tasks as needed.
* Other responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• This position requires a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Previous experience in Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn to use a multi-line phone system is preferred.
