The WUTR | WFXV | WPNY | CNYHomepage Internship Program offers opportunities in the areas of News, Promotion, Digital Media, Sales, Weather and Sports. Our internships offer meaningful educational and work experiences designed to meet the academic and career goals of the intern. Every effort will be made to place you in the internship of your choice.Our management team will teach and encourage, but it's up to the student to bring the enthusiasm to learn.
Requirements & Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Eligibility:
• 18 years of age
• Enrolled in an accredited school, college or university or recently graduated
• Able to provide a letter from the student's school stating that the student will be granted credit for the internship or verification of College completion.
