WSYX/WTTE in Columbus, Ohio has an exciting opportunity for a full-time News Production Assistant. We want to grow our team! If you are a team player, dependable and want to grow into our next Director please apply!
Responsibilities include:
• Operate Audio, Camera and Prompter for our Newscast
• Prep for newscasts including but not limited to:
• Edit promotions content
• Studio and set preparation
• Maintaining studio
• Lighting
• Operate News Ticker
• Other duties as assigned
Experience is preferred, education and/or internship in television or related field is expected
General Hours:
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays
• Other hours as needed, on occasion
