Job Summary/Description:

WRDW-TV/WAGT-TV has immediate part-time opening for an editor/videographer. Position involves shooting and editing news video daily under deadline. Applicants should be highly skilled in non-linear editing, be able to work independently and with others, and work quickly with attention to detail and accuracy.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Shooting, but mostly editing, multiple news video for various newscasts.
- Collaborating with producers, and other newsroom members toward the goal of selecting and editing best visuals to represent newscast content.
- Working with accuracy and attention to detail under multiple daily deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Applicants should have or be in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in journalism or mass communications with a concentration on video production or have equivalent experience. Hands-on experience and knowledge of non-linear editing equipment and professional video camera equipment is a must. Must be dependable, able to work nights and weekend nights. Position requires a valid driver's license and good driving record.
