Job Summary/Description:

WPTA is looking for a dynamic Digital Desk Anchor. As desk anchor you will be driving the digital desk in our fast-paced newsroom. You'll use it to cover breaking news and planned events utilizing touch screens and live feeds. You'll also help our digital team in creating and publishing online content to our website and social media pages. We're looking for someone who is creative and dedicated. Your digital segments will also be included in our on-air newscasts. Do you have a passion for journalism, social media and technology? This job is perfect for YOU! Qualifications/Requirements:
• A college degree in broadcast journalism, or equivalent experience. Include video examples of on-air work.
