Job Description

WONDERY (An Amazon company) is one of the largest podcast publishers in the US with the most local language versions of its shows. Launched in 2016, and known for its immersive podcasts, Wondery became the fastest network to join the Top 10 ranker by Podtrac in the US, propelled by hit shows such as Dr. Death, Dirty John, Even the Rich, and Business Wars. Wondery launched the global hit Dr. Death in seven languages worldwide, reaching #1 in five countries and recently hit #1 with their first UK show, British Scandal. Many Wondery series are being adapted for scripted television, including Dr Death, The Shrink Next Door, and WeCrashed.

The International Content & Operations Coordinator will support the successful launch of new shows and markets as well as the ongoing operations of our international Wondery networks from a content pipeline perspective. This individual will support the International team, Content team and Advertising team with specific responsibility for Localization and Fulfilment. In addition, the Coordinator will support the operational relationship with our various distribution partners.

The role is based in London and reports to the Head of International.

Key functions of this role include:
• Coordinate current and upcoming original and partner content deliveries for all local language versions of Wondery shows to ensure timely launches
• Coordinate with translation and versioning vendors and local market talent, traffic script edits and maintain archive of finished materials
• Provide weekly status updates for content readiness as it relates to international pipelines and new content launches that reflect progress against each milestone
• Manage and track delivery of promotional assets and meta data that support each local language show to our local language distribution partners
• Work closely with our content team, tracking new productions, release date changes and international market fit.
• Provide weekly status updates as it relates to new international partner platform launches and developments
• Support invoice processing and vendor payment reconciliation for each of the international versions.
• Execute ad hoc assignments as needed in a timely and efficient manner.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant experience
• Exceptional attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and process driven with strong communication skills
• Able to multitask, pivot easily from changing priorities and navigate ambiguity efficiently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Working knowledge of podcast platforms with international experience a plus
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and alignment in matrix environment
