We are looking for a Digital Operations Marketing Manager. In this role, you will take a handoff of marketing assets from the Marketing team and ensure timely and accurate delivery across all platforms, including 1st Party (Amazon-owned platforms, such as Amazon Music or Wondery.com) and 3rd Party (such as Apple Podcasts or Stitcher) platforms, both for ad-supported content and premium Wondery+ distribution. You will work closely with marketing and business stakeholders to execute complex messaging strategies within our originals and partner content. with product and customer service to triage and remediate production issues in the field.

Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure on-time release of campaigns to all required platforms for both original and partner shows
• Standardize and maintain Marketing CTAs, promos, and other non-advertising messaging through dynamic insertion technology
• Develop and execute a centralized process for publishing Marketing feed drops
• Publish and quality assure Marketing content on the Wondery service
• Publish content on social media services
• Oversee delivery and storage of key art and talent assets. Standardize a key art delivery and file naming procedure
• Manage link creation for Marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Analytics & Research to manage tracking and analytic services on behalf of Marketing & Digital Operations teams
• Work with Ad Operations to ensure Marketing campaigns align with Ad Ops processes and priorities
• Work closely with Product Management team to achieve seamless execution of Digital Ops Marketing functions and provide feedback that drives improvements to the overall workflow
• Maintain Digital Ops Marketing process documentation
• Ensure clear communication to all stakeholders when there are changes to or delays with execution
• Track Digital Ops Marketing campaign performance metrics
• Other duties as assigned

About the team
Wondery (an Amazon company) is seeking an experienced, collaborative and enthusiastic person for the position of Digital Operations Marketing Specialist. This is a full-time position in Wondery's Digital Operations team, which focuses on distributing Wondery's expanding podcast portfolio to the world, including 1st Party and 3rd Party, globally. It is a cross-functional role that requires a process-driven and operational mindset, keen attention to detail, as well as technological skill and aptitude. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a combination of experience and attitude that will help them thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You must be an avid podcast listener.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements
• 4+ years experience in digital media publishing operations (podcasts, digital ads, audio and/or video)
• Written and oral communication
• Experience with MS Office tools
• Fluent understanding of the podcast publishing ecosystem
• Experience working with podcast content management systems across multiple podcasts, such as ART19, Megaphone, Simplecast, or Omny
• Experience working in WordPress or other common web content management system
