Job summary
Wondery (an Amazon company) is seeking an experienced, collaborative and enthusiastic person for the position of Content Operations Coordinator, UK & EU. This is a full-time position in Wondery's International team. This role will play an integral part in the team's success and will be responsible for content operations across Amazon Music & Wondery's portfolio of Original podcasts and partner shows. It is a cross-functional role that requires a process-driven and operational mindset, keen attention to detail, as well as technological skill and aptitude. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and have a combination of experience and attitude that will help them thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You must be an avid podcast listener.

Key job responsibilities
• Create and oversee the implementation of content operations processes for International Podcast Content in the UK and EU
• Develop and maintain content operations processes, best practices and procedure improvements
• Publish final audio files and related content & metadata for Wondery/Amazon Music original podcasts and select partner shows to content hosting platforms (i.e. Art19), Apple Podcasts Connect, third-party distribution outlets, and Amazon-owned platforms
• Ensure strong coordination and planning between various internal and external groups and enables the reliable and timely delivery of Wondery/Amazon Music content
• Manage workflows between Content and other Wondery departments (Marketing, Ad Sales, Social Media, etc.) to help deliver needed assets for show launch and ongoing needs.
• Manage content publishing to & curation of wondery.com and Wondery+, including the site home page, show pages, and other editorial content and features
• Collaborate with UK and EU Podcast Managers to localise and translate external partner resources as required
• Review published episodes on a variety of platforms, for Quality Control purposes
• Collaborate with the US Digital Operations Manager on strategic growth areas as we continue to identify our needs and strategy
• Proactively informs and recommends solutions to senior leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years experience in program or project management
• 2+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience in digital media publishing operations (podcasts, digital ads, audio and/or video)
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Experience with MS Office tools
• Fluent understanding of the podcast publishing ecosystem
• Experience working with podcast content management systems across multiple podcasts, such as ART19, Megaphone, Simplecast, or Omny
• Experience working in WordPress or other common web content management system
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements
