Job Summary/Description:

Candidates are responsible for generating revenue and achieving goals on our Broadcast and Digital platforms, Develop strong relationships with both advertising agencies and local clients, close new direct business and be an enthusiastic, driven, self-motivator.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Identify client needs and prepare custom sales presentations with solutions to address the client's needs. The position utilizes an audience-based sales approach, selling across all product platforms to provide marketing solutions to current and new clients. All candidates should have proven closing abilities, be skilled at cold calling and can develop New Business.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• The Ideal candidate will be goal-oriented with a strong competitive drive and determination to win. We are looking for a natural problem solver and relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment. College degree and sales experience in Television or related industry is preferred.
Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle is necessary.
