WOIO/CBS and WUAB/CW43 | 19 NEWS are seeking a detail-oriented, technology savvy Digital Sales Assistant capable of efficiently working with our account executives and digital sales specialists inputting orders, uploading order details and ad copy, follow up with fulfillment of orders and pulling reporting for clients and their clients. For the right person, this opportunity can be a stepping-stone to future opportunities in our organization.

Working directly with Digital Sales Manager, the station's sellers and their clients with digital order entry, post-order ad insertion, update and monitor digital creative and the delivery of all digital ad campaigns. Organize and deliver monthly reports to our digital advertising clients. Daily monitoring of all digital campaigns plus reconciling weekly and month-end billing reports.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• The ideal applicant must be detail-oriented, very organized and able to multi-task. Strong data entry skills are essential. Our digital sales assistant must have good communications skills and work well with the station's sellers.
