Job Summary/Description:

WMC, Action News 5 in Memphis, TN seeks a Creative Services Producer to join our award-winning team. In this role, you'll put your creative thinking and skills to work to create exciting and emotion-driven advertising and content marketing alongside a creative and dynamic team. You'll conceptualize, produce, write, edit, and share creative across many channels: TV, social media, cable, radio, and more.

This person will be responsible for the development of cutting edge commercial and promotional spots for the Memphis, TN market from concept to completion. Creative scripting, shooting and non-linear editing experience is a must. This person will be expected to be a team player and take part in all aspects of commercial production. Must work closely with sales to conceptualize, write, shoot and edit commercials and work with marketing team to assist in the production of station promos.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have experience with The Adobe Creative Suite and will have very strong camera and editing skills. Knowledge of DSLR equipment is a plus.
- The ability to interact professionally and effectively with all internal WMC employees and external organizations is a must.
- Some weekends may be required.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- A college degree or equivalent is preferred.
