Job Summary/Description:

WLOX seeks a detail oriented, technology savvy Digital Success Specialist capable of producing creative, high impact sales presentations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, inputting orders, assigning traffic and being an overall part of the sales process. For the right person, this opportunity can be a stepping-stone to future opportunities in our organization.

The ideal applicant must be detail-oriented, very organized, and able to prioritize and calmly multi-task. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team environment. Excellent data entry skills are essential. Candidate will assist with account executive / client relations, and creating sales presentations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
• Work at a partnership/consultant level as an expert in digital advertising with account executives, agencies, and advertisers.
• Oversight of all digital sales products, inventory management and strategies.
• Ability to forecast revenue, develop and sustain a business plan to exceed the digital sales budget.
• Assist in delivering sales presentations in tandem with salespeople.
• Create strong business relationships and develop a sense of team workmanship with the Account Executives
• Assist with targeting, building, negotiating, and closing campaigns
• Brainstorm with the salespeople for creative marketing promotions that leverage the digital and broadcast assets.
• Work with the corporate digital team on corporate led sales initiatives, 3rd party revenue channels, and group sales projects.
• Promote a winning, positive culture. Be a team player. Have a thick skin, ability to sell up and down. Have passion for the business, your job, and helping clients to be successful.
• Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities. Creativity and timeliness are essential.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing
• Experience taking on a high level of responsibility
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a deadline driven, changing environment
• Experience with Google Analytics, social analytics, media analytics, and client databases
• Experience with digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Quick learner and a creative problem solver
