Job Summary/Description:

Leading local Sales team in their efforts to help Local SMB's reach potential customers by utilizing proven Broadcast & Digital products. A team player who is motivated, honest, organized, knowledgeable & ready to coach a great team and make a difference.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

Management of all phases of our local sales operation including oversight of local and digital sales. Directly responsible for coaching, assisting, and overseeing the local Southern Trading Zone sales staff. Charged with increasing sales of all our Broadcast & Digital platforms, growing New Local Direct business and achieving all budgets.

Qualifications/Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of Broadcast & Digital Sales experience, with managerial experience preferred. Proficiency with Wide Orbit Traffic & Media Sales helpful. Understanding of Digital tools and resources, Matrix, or other CRM. Living the golden rule, a willingness to learn and a strong desire to help people is necessary.
