Job Summary/Description:

WITN-TV, the Gray Television owned, NBC-affiliate in Greenville, NC is seeking a Senior Creative Services Producer. This position will develop and produce creative concepts to support station website, social media, news image and commercial production. This position will fulfill a variety of multimedia functions which include digital content creation, social media responsibilities, contesting, website design and maintenance, graphic design for station branding and commercial production. Candidate should have a strong eye for layout and design, and truly enjoy creative thinking and visual problem solving.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create digital content for witn.com
• Monitor news tips and communicate with the newsroom
• Help manage, monitor and grow WITN.COM & WITN's social footprint
• Maintain WITN digital contest
• Station special projects, and events
• Graphics & photos for talent head shots, & business cards, & other print projects
• Graphics for Commercial & Station Production
• Communicate with sales team members to ensure promotional value for clients

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Strong verbal/written communications skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and well with a diverse group of people required
• Flexibility and on-the-spot problem-solving abilities required
• Ability to balance the demands of both long and short-term projects while meeting daily deadlines required
• College degree in the Communications field preferred
• Solid understanding of social media and analytics
• 1-2 years marketing and digital content producing experience preferred
• Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with Mac OS, Keynote, and Pages apps
• Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge
• Enjoy a fast paced environment with a desire to win
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
