Job Summary/Description:

WIBW is searching for a sales assistant to assist our top performing sales team with day-to-day duties. We are looking for an upbeat, detail oriented, hard-working person to help our sales team keep leading the way in market revenue. This position will be a ''jack of all trades'' type job -- assisting with orders, research, presentations, appointments, and all other aspects of the sales process. This person will also work directly with clients and agencies and cross train with other sales assistants, our in-house traffic team and business departments to provide fill-in duties as needed. Some front desk and/or receptionist duties are also a part of this position.

This is a great position for an aspiring sales or marketing professional, or for a seasoned assistant looking to find a role in an office with a great atmosphere and culture.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Prior media, sales and/or marketing experience is a plus, but not required. Qualified candidates will be very attentive to detail and have excellent data entry, communication, and general PC based computing skills. The ability to work in a fun but fast paced environment, willingness to adapt to changing procedures, and the desire to move up are all desired traits.
