WGRZ 2 On Your Side, the TEGNA owned affiliate in Buffalo, NY is seeking an aggressive, experienced, investigative storyteller. The ideal candidate is an ethical, trusted journalist who excels in research and using the latest tools and techniques to produce compelling investigative stories with impact.

Responsibilities:
• Enterprise and develop short-term and long-term investigative projects
• Contribute to daily and breaking news content
• Dig into complex and important issues
• Use open records laws and computer-assisted report skills to find information and add context to stories
• Deliver on-air news segments in an engaging, exciting and accurate manner
• Support multiple platforms with engaging content tailed to the audience
• Shooting, writing and editing skills preferred
