Job Summary/Description:

WFIE/Channel 14, the Gray owned NBC affiliate in Evansville, IN is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our winning team. This position works closely with sales executives to assist in the execution of media campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and focused on accuracy. This position works in a high paced environment with a demand for results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
• Campaign detail and order entry with high level of accuracy
• Responsible for scheduling all commercials on the correct orders
• with corporate traffic hub
• Contributes to programming and FCC support
• Works closely and communicates with the Account Executives and other department members
• Other duties as assigned by sales management

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Must have high organizational skills and willing to take initiative
• Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and perform in a high-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Products
• Experience in media or administrative work (preferred)
