Lifestyle Show Associate Producer/Co-Host

WDAF Fox4 in Kansas City is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Show Associate Producer/Co-Host. Join us in bringing fun, creative, and interactive stories to our community. The skillset we are looking for will require writing, shooting, and editing abilities with strong ad-libbing, and interview skills.
• Produce daily on-camera contributions
• Assist executive producer with writing show segments
• Interview show guests/clients both in-studio and on location
• Collect information, video or photos at remote locations for post-production
• Book guests for the show
• Research show topics and develop questions for guests
• Participate in events –either station-sponsored or others – to promote the show
• Maintain a show social media account and assist with all online content as directed
• This position is part-time at about 20-30 hours per week
• Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in film, photography, television, news or equivalent experience
• Must be a qualified at writing shooting and editing creative stories
• Proven experience as host or on-air personality
• Ability to prioritize and address multiple projects with varying production timelines
• Must be energetic, positive, and great in a team environment
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work well alone and as part of a team efficiently under daily deadline pressure
