WBTV was the first television station in the Carolinas, signing on in 1949. Charlotte, NC, is the 22nd largest Television market. We produce 52 hours of local content per week, and we're a CBS affiliate.

Job Summary/Description:

We are looking for a Technical Media Producer Supervisor. You will be responsible for scheduling, training and developing the TMP staff. Master Control and Content production are equally important to the job.

Supervise a staff of 12 TMPs, including scheduling, timesheet approval, training and working with other departments to create compelling local content and error free Master control products.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• 2 years of directing and or Master Control experience. TMP experience at a Gray station, familiarity of Ross automation, Crispen Master Control and supervisory experience a plus.
