Job Summary/Responsibilities:
• Pitch 3 viable, developed lead story ideas per shift
• Develop and cultivate sources; enterprise stories
• Produce a minimum of one package and one vosot per shift
• Create digital and social content
• Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and motor vehicle background check
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 3 years of reporting experience required, 5 years preferred
• Extensive live experience
• Excellent writing and time management skills
• Track-record of developing strong relationships with a variety of sources
• Must exhibit an understanding of broadcast, digital, social and streaming platforms
• Must include an example of recent work with application
