Job Summary/Description:

WBKO is looking for a full-time IT Specialist that will take charge of our entire network, this includes installation, computer software deployment, security policy enforcement, end user support, SSO account management. Phone system support. The candidate will work closely with all departments within the station.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure that station is always on the cutting edge of technology
• Oversees all technology
• Overseeing and implementing maintenance procedures for properties

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Good communication skills, Great positive attitude, team spirit
* Background in Windows /Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtual Machines, network
printers, and Database Systems
* Cisco/Connectwise experience a plus
* Experience in an IT environment preferred
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite OS – must be able to troubleshoot,
analyze, and resolve issues.
* Knowledge of network communications fundamentals - must be able to troubleshoot,
analyze, and resolve general network and application level issues
* Basic Vlan management skills
* Ability to participate and work with corporate support on all aspects of information security
* Exercise highest level of discretion when handling confidential information
* Strong ability to prioritize a constant changing ask list
* Work closely with Engineering team on system deployments
* SAN/NAS, and VMWare VSphere experience considered a plus
* Skilled in hardware and software end-user support
* Support/Diagnose/Repair various computer devices: workstations and peripherals and
software problems
* Understanding of a wide variety of desktop applications
* Experience working within enterprise ticket systems
* Available to be on call
* Valid Driver's license, and good driving record (will be reviewed)
