Job Description

The Job
We are looking for a Senior Mission Designer to help bring Wonder Woman's stories to life. The ideal candidate will have the ability to blend traditional and procedural storytelling into unique and memorable player-driven gameplay experiences. The candidate will be responsible for driving the development and iteration of new missions, and will work closely with members of other disciplines to fit those missions seamlessly into the game as a whole.

The Daily
• Own and develop exciting procedural and bespoke mission content
• Collaborate with the Writing, Presentation, Combat, Art, and UX teams to bring those missions to life
• Give and receive constructive feedback, and participate in the iteration and review process
• Find and fix bugs or technical issues
• Create and maintain documentation

The Essentials
• 5+ years of experience as a mission designer, including at least 1 shipped AAA title
• Excellent grasp of story, and the ability to translate that into amazing gameplay
• Experience using a text-based scripting language like Lua or similar
• A passion for using systems to tell emergent and engaging stories
• A solid understanding of narrative principles like character, tone, and pacing

The Nice to Haves
• A familiarity with Wonder Woman, and what she represents as a character
• Experience with procedural generation
• Experience driving the development of features

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
