Your New Role...

We are seeking an Executive Producer to direct development of games based one of our most successful entertainment franchises. The EP will have the chance to partner with a talented and successful development studio that is building their next generation of games.

The Executive Producer should have experience with internal and external AAA development processes, live game services, and multi-player games. This person will need to have superior operational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The EP must be a self-motivated and organized leader with great follow-through skills and the ability to prioritize and manage complex organizational and executional issues. Regular travel is required.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Strategic and Operations Planning:
• Participates in creation of franchise plans and product strategy for a key studio's IP. Analyzes the market to make roadmap and product decisions. Responsible for delivering a commercially viable and product roadmap in partnership with the studio and product management.
• With the studio, creates studio resource roadmaps and development plans to fulfill the product roadmap.
• Creates, implements and manages development processes, policies and procedures to ensure commercial success and predictability.
• Improves and evolves the WBIE production and organizational management structure, process and procedures.
• Work with other Warner Bros. Discovery divisions to identify and execute synergistic opportunities that maximize the business potential.

Communication:
• Works across the publishing and development organization to drive accountability for development goals.
• Coordinates with all necessary departments to facilitate execution of projects and materials in a professional manner. This includes keeping WBIE department heads apprised of products status.
• Informs stakeholders of product status and vision through the preparation and presentation of appropriate project materials (including milestone updates, work-in-progress presentations, etc.)

Execution:
• Leads or contributes to gate review process for all projects from a key studio. Serves as a primary contact representing publishing processes to studio team. Works collaboratively with studio team staff to help shape product positioning, features and execution plans.
• Oversees the high-level production process, stakeholder communication and management of studio plus additional development teams needed to support the studio's products.
• Oversees the review, approval and feedback of milestone submissions for internal and external teams
• Travels to developer(s) and industry events for planning sessions and problem solving as needed.
• Oversees the validation process and quality assurance process to ensure delivery of high-quality and Assists producers in budget management against individual product P&L's for multiple projects.
• Identifies and establishes required production group process and workflow improvements to ensure timely and high quality delivery of assigned projects.
• Develops strong relationships with internal studios to establish and maintain a reliable and timely flow of information and materials to all parties as necessary for assigned projects.
• Works with studio management to identify and mitigate project risks. Reinforces studio management and staff where needed.

Personnel Management:
• Mentors and develops Senior Producers, Producers, and Associate Producer. Writes and completes timely performance reviews.
• Tasks team members and manages workflows to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Previous Senior or Executive Producer experience or equivalent with game developer or publisher.
• 10+ years' experience in game development; full lifecycle experience developing and operating PC, console or mobile games necessary.
• Practical experience in setting, guiding and evaluating production processes.
• Track record of budget, project and people management. Track record of direct leadership & significant influence within a scaled organization.
• Previous responsibility for projects with $50MM+ development budgets.
• Wide and deep understanding of game industry and business models.
• Wide and deep understanding of project management, esp. creative projects and software development.
• Experience working leading or working with teams of analysts to evaluate opportunities.
• Knowledge of project financing & project resourcing.
• Effective communication with multiple teams is required including: developers, finance, product management, business development, marketing, PR, QA, Exec and more.
• Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to organize teams set priorities, solve complex problems, meet deadlines and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Game design/production training is a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $125,300.00 - $232,700.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
