Warner Bros. Games Boston is a Warner Bros. Games development studio focused on creating free-to-play games for mobile platforms. The studio is utilizing its extensive expertise in creating persistent online worlds that foster powerful social gaming communities to develop its hit mobile game, Game of Thrones: Conquest.

Early Careers: Associate Development Program (12-month program)

Assistant Producer

WB Games Boston, a division of WB Games, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Producer to work on top grossing mobile games. As part of the production team, you will work closely with producers and other disciplines to support the development of mobile games based on Warner Brothers' high-profile brands.

The Daily
• Support communication and coordination of key tasks for the development team
• Aid in the tracking and scheduling aspects of the development process
• Take clear and concise meeting notes to be distributed to the development team
• Follow up on action items from meetings and clearly communicate status updates
• Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders and development team
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation
• Write clearly defined tasks for project and live-ops initiatives

The Essentials
• Experience working with JIRA and/or other task and bug tracking tools
• An understanding of the product development cycle (processes and workflows)
• Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.
• Ability to work under tight schedules in a high-stress environment
• Excellent written, oral, and email communication skills
• Eagerness to learn from more experienced colleagues
• Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• College/ University graduate 0-2 years' experience (program requirement)

Nice to have
• Understanding of free-to-play games and live operations
• Experience playing top grossing mobile strategy games
• Experience in other areas of game development
• College degree in a related discipline
