TV PHOTOJOURNALIST – WAVY TV-10

WAVY TV-10/WVBT FOX43 has an opening for a TV Photojournalist to join our news staff. We shoot hard news with a creative, NPPA standard of shooting and editing. Candidates must have a winning attitude, a good eye for shooting TV news. We own a news helicopter (Chopper 10) and also fly drones on a regular basis. We shoot on full size Sony PXW-X320 cameras, everyone has a wireless microphone system and we edit on Adobe Premiere Pro.

Successful candidate will be required to produce creative content for television, social media and wavy.com.

We are the #1 station in the Norfolk/VA Beach, VA market (#42); our coverage extends from Williamsburg/Eastern Shore of Virginia to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. 1-2 years of experience shooting TV news preferred and a good driving record required.
