Job Summary/Description:

The Multi-Media Sales Manager leads a sales team of Multi-Media Consultants in developing and selling advertising solutions to Louisville area businesses. The Multi-Media Sales Manager must have a significant knowledge of television advertising and digital products. Teaching, coaching, and growing the sales team is a vital role of the Multi-Media Sales Manager.

This is an opportunity for a strong leader to strengthen our multi-platform sales team. A passion for teaching and coaching Multimedia Consultants is a must.

Areas of focus include:
• Build a steady stream of new business
• Constantly recruit to grow the sales team
• Developing client solutions with Multimedia Consultants using digital and television products
• Generating a weekly forecast of revenue
• Regularly attend sales calls with Multimedia Consultants
• Gain a clear understanding of the Gray Television sales training program

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proven history of developing new business
• Thorough knowledge of how television and digital products work together to create success for clients
• Specific knowledge of digital products and the ability to explain each to customers
• Successful experience leading a sales team
• Well versed in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with television station traffic software
• College degree
