Job Title: Talent Booker

A little bit about our team:

IMGN is a leading tech-media company creating social-first content for Millennial and Gen Z audiences. IMGN is home to popular Instagram and Snapchat Discover channels such as Daquan, TryHard, So Satisfying, Journal & more.

Why this could be your next big break:

IMGN Media is looking for a Talent Booker to work across multiple streaming shows. You will source, contract, negotiate, and secure appropriate talent for weekly shows.

The ideal candidate understands has experience booking talent, maintaining relationships with internal and external teams, and has an eye for what attracts a Gen-Z audience. They need a strong understanding of what's trending, music, and how to engage with an audience. This position reports to the Associate Director of Content & Strategy.

Here you'll get to:
• Work in collaboration with a team of producers, host, and other crew members to create, gather, write and execute all production elements related to the streams
• Source, contract, and secure appropriate talent for daily streams
• Track all talent booking from request through completion
• Establish and maintain relationships with talent, artists, managers, and publicists
• Communicate effectively across the different teams identifying any potential gaps in scheduling
• Act as a runner on set to assist all day of production and streaming needs

• You can identify new talent and foster relationships with previous talent
• You have the ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects at once
• You are a proactive team player that is resourceful and can problem-solve
• You have the passion for the music industry and pop culture
• You have strong communication and organizational skills
• You are available to meet talent needs if/when they occur
• You are flexible and adaptable
• You are a good collaborator/team player, are autonomous, and can take feedback

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• You have 2+ years working in the talent booking space
• You have experience working with artists, managers, and publicists
• You have a background working in the music industry
• You have previously worked in the streaming space
