Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Why this could be your next big break:
As an integral part of our Talent team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment life cycle, as well as provide overall administrative support to the team.
Here you'll get to:
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and the business, with a strong emphasis on creating a positive candidate experience
• Schedule meetings for team members (In-person, MS Teams/video)
• Act as a brand ambassador, greeting and escorting candidates to the relevant interview room/office
• Field questions from candidates and hiring managers
• Book conference rooms and ensure equipment is properly set up (MS Teams, Skype, phone, video conference)
• Schedule Assessments
• Post job openings across various sites, as needed
• Manage candidate applications and interview processes in Workday
• Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations for select candidates (once return to office takes place)
• Respond to requests from recruiters and internal clients in a timely fashion
• Process candidate reimbursements
• Code and submit TA invoices and expenses for processing
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Support the broader TA team on additional duties and projects assigned on an as-needed basis (e.g., offer letter generation; background checks, etc.)
• Provide ad-hoc support for VP of Talent Acquisition and SVP of Talent Strategy on an as-needed basis
About You:
• 1+ year/s experience providing administrative support in fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally in a Talent Acquisition capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management or related discipline preferred, but not required
• Proficient experience using MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Workday or other applicant tracking systems experience a plus, but not essential
• Courteous, friendly and ability to maintain a high degree of integrity
• Strong desire to create a positive candidate experience
• Solid communicator with great organizational skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to juggle multiple, time-sensitive responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
