Job Title: System Administrator, (JIRA) Global PMO

A little bit about our team:

The WMG Global Technology Project Management Office was created to unify the global IT portfolio, program, & project management competencies under one organization. We are responsible for the people, processes, & tools needed to provide these competencies to the global WMG Technology Organization and its customers. We are enabling the move to one unified, global IT organization by establishing & implementing best practices, and maintaining standards related to portfolio, program, & project management, planning, & execution. We provide a central repository for project methods, documentation, and metrics. We strive to improve the consistency, efficiency, and costs of global program & project delivery and to drive improved benefits realization through effective planning.

This key role will report to the Senior Director, Global PMO and will be responsible for administering our Atlassian tools – Jira and Confluence, as well as support other PPM tools as needed. This role will support core PMO functions for all Warner Music Group technology initiatives.

Here you'll get to:
• Lead the cloud migration of Atlassian tools effort
• Own the administration, implementations/configurations, and user support of Jira.
• Support ongoing rollout, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor metrics and generate reports to inform decisions that maximize returns across Global Technology projects and programs.
• Influence and support PMO best practices to drive better project planning, execution, project prioritization and change management.
• Support the PMO Operations lead in development, implementation and maintenance of project management, program management and portfolio policies, standards, procedures.
• Ensure PMO Operations documentation are complete and current.

We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience in adoption and change management approaches
• 3+ years' experience as a Jira System Administrator
• Experience with related Atlassian tools like Confluence
• Desired experience with other PM productivity tools like Workfront, Monday.com, MS Project, Asana
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid PM methodologies
• Ability to understand user requirements and translate them to tech specifications.
