Your role:

The Senior Analyst, Procure to Pay plays a critical role in the effective delivery of Procure to Pay processes at WMG. You will get the opportunity to interact with customers, vendors and other process partners to resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities and further build trust in our shared services operations. The Senior Analyst, Procure to Pay will participate on projects, provide reporting & analytics as well as support daily invoice processing, disbursements and vendor maintenance within SAP and Ariba.

Here you'll get to:
• Liaison with customers as well as vendors to address concerns, drive process compliance, enforce policy and continually improve the procure to pay process.
• Extract and analyze data to monitor performance, identify trends and provide recommendations that will enable effective decision making.
• Work on projects, assist with the company's upcoming transition to a global ERP solution.
• Prepare reports and perform timely processing of 1099-MISC, 1042-S, 1099-DIV AND 1099-INT forms for all required reportable vendors and reconcile to GL and A/P Subledger on a quarterly basis.
• Provide relevant data and analysis to facilitate timely processing and compliance with the company's escheatment process.
• Partner with internal audit to ensure appropriate controls are place to protect against fraud and process risk.
• Assist the team in the performance of day-to-day activities as necessary.

About you:
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or related experience in a high transaction volume organization.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are needed in daily interactions with internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and work in a fluid environment to meet deadlines.
• Must be analytical, detailed oriented, a self-starter, highly organized, highly accurate, flexible and a team player.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas)
• Tech saavy, possess system functional knowledge with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Experience with 1099/1042 processing.
• Familiarity monitoring or managing unclaimed property/escheatment.

• Knowledge of Ariba, SAP and S/4HANA
• Purchasing Operations knowledge
• Accounting related knowledge and experience
• Multi-lingual a plus
