Job Description:

At Warner Music Group we're all about our people. Our global company is made up of knowledgeable, passionate, and creative individuals. Our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion fosters a culture where you can truly belong, contribute, and grow. We believe in each individual's value and encourage applications from people of any age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, and any other characteristic or identity.

It is the mission of every member of the WMG team around the world to create a nurturing environment for artists, songwriters, and the people behind the music – at every stage of their career. We strive to set WMG apart by embracing innovation – an integral part of our company's DNA.

Consider a career at WMG and be a part of one of the most influential forces in culture today.

A little bit about our team:

Level, at its core, is a new music distribution platform for independent artists. We function with the journey of an artist in mind. We value their perspective and are dedicated to enabling the future of music. In joining our team, you will experience a culture that functions as a startup within a larger corporation. You will be working directly with our Support, Operations and Marketing teams.

Why this could be your next big break:

The position is ideal for someone with an interest in helping musicians and creators take the next step. You'll learn the ropes of customer support, digital operations, and A&R research. This role will provide the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing in an area crucial to the success of Level and artists who use the platform on their creative journey.

Here you'll get to:
• Work on the front lines of Level's artist operations team by reviewing and approving releases submitted by independent artists, communicating any necessary changes to the artists so they can get their release live.
• Communicate with Level artists over Zendesk, Facebook, Instagram and our in-house tools to ensure they have the best experience possible while using Level.
• Work with our content and artist outreach teams to find and source new talent: by curating content released via Level or by bringing new artists into Level's ecosystem.

About you:

You are highly organized, motivated self-starter, and pursuing a career in a music, business, or creative field. The ideal candidate will also have:
• The ability to work up to 18 hours a week.
• 1+ years experience
• Knowledge of Social Media and music industry brands.
• Knowledge of digital service providers including Spotify, Apple, Amazon, and Pandora.
• Empathetic, positive, patient and team player attitude.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:

The ideal candidate will be a music enthusiast and have a personal connection to the creator community. Maybe you play an instrument, produce music, write songs, or create through other mediums like photography, video, art, or graphic design.
Our group thrives on creativity, experimentation, and passion.
