Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
A little bit about our team:
You will be part of the Nashville Facilities team designed to help with all maintenance issues, processes and vendor selection that will better help our Facility team in Nashville work in a more efficient and proactive way.
Your role:
You will work closely with team leaders, managers, maintenance team, mailroom, security team, and building/office services contractors to support six locations with maintenance, vendor management, and delivery of best practices
Here you'll get to:
• Develops maintenance policies and procedures.
• Orders tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist department management in the development and implementation of standards and procedures that would enhance a safe, comfortable, reliable, and sanitary physical working environment
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Responds to maintenance requests within all Nashville WMG properties
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
• Initiate and review new contracts and RFP's as necessary
• Coordinate delivery and installation with maintenance vendors
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Support mailroom operation
• Ensure that courier auditing services is current with all accounts, cancel/set up as required
• Work with department management in the coordination of construction and renovation projects
• Manage plumbing, electrical, lighting and HVAC needs
• Schedule installations and ensure maintenance/service is performed on audio/video equipment located at 20 MSE on a regular basis; assist various departments with A/V needs for outside meetings
• Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.
• Makes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
• Escalates issues to management and recommends solutions.
• Special projects as assigned by department management
• Support event set up for events in Nashville
About you:
• Minimum two years of college education with 2-4 years of corporate office experience.
• Familiarity with assisting in building procedures and building codes.
• Ability to multitask; prioritize; be able to work as a team player.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work OT if required on short notice.
• You are independent, proactive, flexible, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• You exhibit an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and approach.
• You are self-directed and have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and execute in an efficient and timely manner.
• You have amiliarity with building management procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

We'd love it if you also had:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or proper maintenance licensing by the state of Tennessee.
• 5+ year of Maintenace experience
• Experiece working in a fast pace and dynamic environment
