eCommerce (D2C) solutions are one of the fastest-growing and most exciting routes to market for artists and record companies. The ability to connect with fans directly via multiple touchpoints has become the norm for music consumption, eCommerce is one of the key touchpoints between artist and fan.

As Junior eCommerce Operations Manager you will be a key part of our global business, positioned within our eCommerce Operations team. You'll be assisting the Operations Managers in all aspects of our eCommerce business with specific focus on ensuring campaigns launch correctly and on time. E-commerce Ops is responsible for daily logistics of artists' webstores and customer online orders. You will be working with eCommerce Operations and Store Managers, as well as our Customer Service and fulfilment teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects.

We're looking for candidates with eCommerce Operational experience. You'll need to have a great eye for detail, be quick to learn & able to prioritize your workload whilst completely comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A passion for music is a plus.

Your role:
• Assist in managing operational tasks within the Shopify and Sales Force admins.
• Assist in supporting Label and E-Commerce production teams with the development, configuration, product set-up and launch of artist webstores
• Assist in supporting the label in merchandising the store and managing promotions
• Be the liaison between label and central services (merch, warehouse, and customer service teams) to:
• Manage stock and backorders
• Facilitate communication between teams
• Provide ongoing sales reporting and analysis
• Assist in managing the platform to improve the fan experience, including identifying defects, user flow improvements, and new e-commerce features
• Liaise with our customer service and fulfilment departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects
• Champion the consumer shopping experience for our fans and Record Labels

About you:
• You have a love music
• You demonstrate knowledge of the music business
• You have excellent MS Office Skills – Proficient in Excel
• You are experienced with web-based software applications

We'd love it if you also had:
• College Degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience preferred
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Shopify admin experience helpful
