A little bit about our team:

E-commcerce Ops is responsible for daily logistics of artists' webstores and customer online orders. You will be working with eCommerce Store Managers, as well as, our Customer Service and fulfilment teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects.

Your role:

Will aid in operational tasks within the Magento, Shopify and Sales Force admins. Here you will oversee order management, fraud review, payment review and order reconciliation.

Here you'll get to:
• Aid in operational tasks within the Magento admin including order management, fraud review, payment review and order reconciliation
• Assist in pulling reports for sales
• Assist e-Commerce Managers in adding new products to various ecommerce systems, upload images and manage product descriptions
• Support e-Commerce Managers in maintaining promotions
• Work with e-Commerce Manager to support monitoring of artist ticketing pages, lists and payment vendor grid
• Liaise with our customer service, fulfillment, and ticketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects

• 1-2 years experience preferred
• You have a love music
• You demonstrate knowledge of the music business
• You have excellent MS Office Skills – Proficient in Excel
• You are experienced with web-based software applications
