Coordinator, Content Development & Curation

A little bit about our team:

We are the small but mighty Arts Music team working to create music products that serve passionate niche audiences ranging from musical theater and Broadway to jazz, classical, and kids & family brands.

Why this could be your next big break:

Supporting the team with a wide variety of projects and tasks product development and marketing within a growing division within WMG.

Here you'll get to:
• Provide day-to-day admin support to Senior Executives including scheduling and travel (when it becomes safe to travel).
• Maintain department PO process, vendor set-up, financial IDs and Invoice tracking.
• Assist Marketing with weekly research and communication of sales data to project producers.
• Facilitate providing marketing assets to International marketing teams using internal WMG systems. Assist with and maintaining artist-picks calendar, canvas video uploads, and streaming playlist updates.
• Manage Spotify pitch tool for international territories for local-language translations.
• Manage physical product/promo ordering process for external project producers.
• Assist with brand ''Allowlisting'' process when needed.
• Transcribe and format lyrics as needed for submission to Digital Accounts.
• Schedule and coordinate recording session needs (when recording is safely up and running again.)
• Learn all the acronyms. Many, many acronyms.

About you:
• Pay attention to details and recognize when a problem needs to be solved.

• Learn new skills, technology, terminology, and processes.
• Possess a ''customer service'' attitude.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• 3-5 years of experience in the Entertainment Industry.
• Experience supporting a Senior Executive and juggling multiple department tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• You stream music and you've at least seen or heard about CDs and Vinyl.
• You're a helper.
