A little bit about our team:

Elektra Music Group was launched in 2018 as a stand-alone music company within Warner Music Group. Its roots extend back to 1950, when Jac Holzman launched the iconic Elektra label in his college dorm room. Today, that same entrepreneurial, independent spirit is the driving force behind each of the unique labels that make up the core of the Elektra Music Group: Elektra, Fueled By Ramen, and Roadrunner. The company's adventurous, eclectic roster includes culture-defining artists such as Brandi Carlile, jxdn, Coheed and Cambria, Fitz and the Tantrums, Gojira, Kaleo, Masked Wolf, Panic! At The Disco, Slipknot, Tones and I, Twenty One Pilots, and others.

Why this could be your next big break:

You will provide direct administrative, organizational, and programmatic support to the Co-President of Elektra Music Group. Responsible for coordination between all sectors of the company with emphasis in marketing, radio, and more.

Here you'll get to:
• Provide direct support to the Co-President; including management of complex calendars, global travel, & corporate expense accounts
• Daily professional communication with artists, managers, industry personnel
• Act as support for & between all departments of the company
• Management of asset organization and distribution for artist roster
• Coordinate executive conference calls, artist meetings, showcases, and special events
• Attend weekly marketing meetings with the opportunity to provide creative ideas for artist projects
• Compile and distribute research reports to internal staff, respective managers, agents, and external partners

About you:
• You are adaptive and proactive in anticipating needs
• You are a team player and concise, articulate communicator
• You manage time effectively, are organized, and a self-starter
• You have a vast knowledge and understanding of music across all genres
• You enjoy continual learning and development

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• Previous experience working in an executive office
• Experience using industry tools such as Nielsen Music Connect, Mediabase, etc.
• Strong Computer Skills – Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.
