Workday Reporting and Conversion Specialist

The Job

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Workday Reporting and Conversion for the HR Services Workforce Analytics department.

The Daily
• Experience leading large-scale Workday HCM implementations with focus on data conversion, and reporting
• Some experience with configuration, compensation, performance, security, recruitment, business process and improvements preferred
• In-depth knowledge
of HR processes and operations with experience leading global processes re-design
• Provide subject matter expertise, support planning and implementation of Workday HCM applications
• Drive HR best practices with agile, service driven, and data driven mindset. Identify and Optimize opportunities around increasing efficiency and insights for decision making
• Minimum of 2+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
• Minimum of 1+ prior consulting experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS field with Workday related experience in data migration from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
• Experience with at least 1 full life cycle Workday implementations in a Data Conversion or Reporting Leadership role
• Experience with ETL Software including Informatica, SAS, Clover or Pentaho.

The Essentials
• Lead end to end data conversion for acquisitions into WarnerMedia Workday HCM and Payroll using the appropriate Workday provided tools. Example tasks includes mapping of legacy data, identifying data quality issues, and validation of data loaded into Workday
• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks
• Develop recommendations for alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
• Support change activities to ensure business adoption and effective user training
• Provide knowledge transfer support for operational reporting, PRISM, CloverETL Web Service and other topics as appropriate
• Develop/manage junior resources as needed
• Keep up to date with industry and marketplace evolution; continuously keeping abreast of new developments in the Workday ecosystem
