WB Digital Labs (subsidiary of Warner Bros.) is a fast-paced, innovative development division working to build the next generation of video-enabled entertainment brands. Previously known as the startup, DramaFever, we have an established history of building one of the most beloved over-the-top-streaming Korean Drama channels on the market. Now, we are looking at nothing less than to shape the future of media by combining our cutting-edge technology, design, and marketing capabilities with the world's most beloved and iconic brands (eg. Looney Tunes & DC Comics) to build a portfolio of next-generation multi-media entertainment services and delight fans everywhere.
The Daily
• Identify ways to elevate our digital products through UX Research
• Run all qualitative research and synthesize results
• Present all findings to stakeholders to influence business decisions and product roadmap
• Create prototypes to test future WarnerMedia digital products
• Identify relevant metrics and track trends to report progress relative to goals
The Essentials
• Experience building and setting research strategy that connects with business strategy
• Track record of translating research into business impact
• Experience working with a variety of cross-functional peers and stakeholders (e.g., product managers, data scientists, designers, engineers, policy, communications, marketing)
• Bachelor's degree or significant experience conducting UX research with meaningful business impact
• Experience directly conducting primary research (either qualitative or quantitative) end-to-end (i.e., designing, fielding, analyzing and reporting out data)
• Fluent in all digital design programs
