Warner Bros Traffic Coordinator
Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution Inc. seeks a Traffic Coordinator for the Media Sales-New York department.
This position is a key contributor to the continued success of the company and our clients. This role will specifically focus on supporting our Warner Bros. Syndication Sales teams, which will require supporting their business as well as on call requirements and responsibilities. The primary purpose of the Traffic Coordinator position is to accurately traffic all Warner Bros. sold ad campaigns to help maximize revenue.
• Prepare daily program logs: ensuring proper entry, timing, and validation of all commercial advertisements based on client requests, competitive scheduling and other considerations.
• Insert and adjust new advertiser inventory as it is added or moved.
• Communicate with trafficking agency to ensure proper commercial rotation and prompt delivery of commercial spots.
• Generate reports (Avails, Ad Inventory, Pre-logs/Post logs) for sales agencies and team.
• Alert team members, sales, and management of any issues that will inhibit or delay log schedules.
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
The Essentials
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.

• Meticulous attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and problem solve (within scope of responsibility).
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and complete work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with managers and other levels of personnel, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Taking initiative and be a self-starter and team player
• Adaptability and flexibility to shift focus on new priorities.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, email and internet proficiency required.
• Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English usage, and report & letter formats.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
• Dealmaker experience preferred, but not required.
