The Role

To receive and reconcile deliveries and ensure shop floor and stock room are kept to highest standard to optimise sales and efficiency. To communicate clearly and regularly with Manager and Inventory and Systems Administrator to inform and update on stock levels that may impact sales, and investigate discrepancies in inventory to minimise shrinkage and promote accuracy. Working closely with Inventory and Systems Administrator to conduct frequent and accurate cycle counts and stock rotation.

The Daily
• Receiving, checking off and putting away delivery
• Bringing stock to the shop floor and maintaining stock levels through cycle counts
• Reporting and investigating discrepancies and investigating negative stock
• Maintaining the organisation and tidiness of the stock room and maintaining shop floor storage
• Reporting broken stock
• Constant communication with Inventory and Systems Administrator e.g., deliveries, out of stocks, stock levels, reporting
• Stock rotation
• Performing overnight stock takes as and when required by the business

Alongside the other owned and operated retail businesses of Warner Bros. (including the Tour, and a Flagship Store operation), the Platform 9¾ Group continues to grow. This includes proposals for new shops, designing and developing exclusive product, expanding ecommerce operations, and exploiting new areas of commercial development.
