The Job

Part of the Subscriber Acquisition function within Growth Marketing, the Performance Partnerships Senior Manager will report into the Director of Performance Partnerships and will be responsible for helping develop and execute data-driven acquisition campaigns with IAP, CTV and Affiliate partners in EMEA.

The Daily
• Support the regional leads and channel specialist for Affiliate Marketing and CTV device partner marketing (paid & editorial).
• Help define & execute the European Acquisition Marketing plans for Affiliate Marketing and CTV device partner marketing (paid & editorial).
• Work alongside internal Subscriber Acquisition and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional channel performance against strategic business and commercial objectives across multiple markets.
• Maximise and maintain business relationships with IAP (in-app-purchase), CTV (Bounty and non-bounty) and Affiliate partners for EMEA.
• Plan and execute paid and editorial marketing campaigns across our device partner platforms (Roku, Fire TV, Samsung, PlayStation, XBOX, and apps stores Apple & Google).
• Work with analytics team to ensure campaign tracking is in place for appropriate campaign measurements and use attribution modelling to assess and optimise channels and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative design team to deliver creative requirements for partners both paid and editorially across CTV & Affiliate channels.
• Identify and leverage new opportunities for efficient growth via affiliates, IAP and CTV in EMEA, monitoring and reporting on performance against budgets and KPI's.

The Essentials
• 5+ years experience in performance partnerships (affiliates or CTV)
• Proficient in English. Additional European languages will be an advantage.
• Experience working in a subscription/Streaming business is preferred.
