Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Senior Manager, Global Creative Project Management, Process & Systems innovations' role will be a strategic and operational thought leader responsible for overseeing and executing all creative and product technology and system needs for the Global Product Development, Experiences and Creative (GPEC) team. The role will bridge Brand Assurance activities & Creative functions with technology, best practice knowledge, and training related to Star Labs and other key platforms used in the business – as well as acting as the primary global creative/pd representative with technology counterparts on all system and platform needs.

Job Responsibilities

Process and Creative systems:
• Partner with product development and creative leads globally to apply relevant best practice process models to optimize WBCP product development business processes and inform technology priorities and achieve departmental strategies
• Facilitate forward thinking product development process aligning with WBCP stakeholders, adjusts workflow towards efficiencies and understanding across cross-functional areas.
• Drive key business requirements for technology-based systems upgrades at the pace of business.
• Define and measure key performance indicators to track benefits derived from investments in process, platforms, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with WB Technology to lead WBCP's evolving systems platform.
• Manage communications between global brand assurance team members, support, enhancements, and Creative Product Development teams in a fast-moving environment with the goal to deliver innovation, scalability and efficiency.
• Contribute to WBCP's evolving systems strategic roadmap, including business-driven innovation requirements, market capability and solution driven trends
• Partner with WB Technology to establish priorities for ongoing process/system enhancements, upgrade schedules, and ongoing maintenance and support
• Establishes and overlap productive relationships with Technology Upgrade Program stakeholders (Creative/PD Team globally) to maintain and enhance their active involvement and feedback to Creative/PD Team
• Prioritize Creative/PD job lists and projects specific to projects heavily immersed within the Brand Assurance environment.
• Collaborates with Creative project management and operations team on overlapping project workstreams as business requires.
• Drive key business requirements for technology-based systems upgrades at the pace of business.
• Defines and measures key performance indicators to track benefits derived from investments in process, platforms and continuous improvement

Technology /Systems:
• Partners with WB Technology to establish priorities for ongoing process/system enhancements, upgrade schedules, and ongoing maintenance and support
• Working with executive leads for Business case and BU strategic alignment
• Working with executive leads on Technology for strategic alignment on process and system functionality
• Articulating requirements (for system and process) across teams and technology
• Management & Maintenance recommendations of Star Labs
• Facilitating recommendations for system enhancements, fix, and patches
• Partner with WB Technology to identify and develop solutions for GPEC's requested Star Labs Upgrades and enhancements, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and direction regarding new technology to bring efficiency and knowledge to the Global PD/Creative Teams, as well as leveraging data against submissions from the Star Labs platform to evolve GPEC business process needs
• Contribute to WBCP's evolving systems strategy and roadmap, including business-driven innovation requirements
• Partner with WB Organization Design and third-party resources to develop and manage communications and training plans in support of the creative roll out of new processes and systems solutions, as well as enable WBCP Creative personnel to effectively adopt ongoing changes
• Act as the GPEC lead for:
• LMSi Change control participation
• Category/contract liaison
• SL enhancement liaison
• Creative/PD SME for Star Labs
• GPEC Process compliance lead

Brand Assurance:
• Identify any areas for the BA processes to be improved to enable the licensees and other departments to work with Brand Assurance in the most effective manner
• Contribute to communications between brand assurance team members, support, enhancements, and Creative Product Development team in a fast-moving environment with the goal to deliver innovation, scalability and efficiency
• Rollout best practices and process efficiency within Star Labs to GPEC teams
• Helping system training with licensees and partners
• Helping system training with internal teams within GPEC

Supporting Global PD/GTE and Creatives teams on their system set up and accounts

Additional Support & Training:
• Support on any Change Management teams training programs for STAR Labs to internal or external creative/pd parties, including documentation, to enable internal and external users to fully benefit from BA systems capabilities.
• Identify new ways of working and lead adoption and training for key business applications for the GPEC team - such as Bluescape, Star Labs, Miro, Monday.com, Confluence, Jira,Box and other platforms
• JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Work Experience

5-10 Years Systems & Project Management Experience

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

BA or BS in Fine Arts or equivalent experience required

Knowledge/Skills
• Must have knowledge of MAC computer and applicable software, as well as other office equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Quart Xpress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be familiar with the processes related to product development and asset creation.
• Must have strong presence, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Must have functional knowledge of PMO, Product & Asset management systems like Bluescape, Miro, Monday.com, Confluence, Jira, Box and other platforms
• Ability to manage and facilitate cross-functional, multi-level teams
• Proven project management experience; structured, disciplined work planning skills
• Experience in managing cultural change programs
• Knowledge of consumer products industry, operational and systems environments

Must be familiar with the film industry and consumer products. Must be able to make decisions based on the success and delivery of all creative projects, remain calm in situations that may entail discussions on deliveries with creative team and content partners. Must be a strategic thinker.
