The Sr. Analyst , Enterprise Finance Shared Services Solutions position is responsible for providing business systems analysis and management services for WM's Finance Shared Services Solutions and other business unit finance and treasury applications. The Project Manager is the primary liaison between the business community and the technology organization and external partners for all project and enhancement requirements. During the analysis phase of a project, perform requirements gathering, develop specifications, workflows and be responsible for test coordination during the build and test phases. For deployment, facilitate change management and communication activities. The Project Manager is also responsible for application ownership as assigned to maintain and manage. This position must develop a complete familiarity with the technologies and applications available to Warner Media and a deep understanding of the businesses they support.

Job Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst conducts functional and technical impact analysis for new and existing application capabilities, conduct design sessions, propose and defines technical and functional solutions to client requests.

Creation of documentation including but not limited to enhancement specifications, budget estimates, user testing scenarios and scripts. Conducts user sessions to demo technical solutions, conduct testing and troubleshoot errors.

Maintain client relationships, managing all aspect of business needs from a technology perspective. Single point of contact for the client to manage from day to day application support to project oversight.

Work with the internal and external service provider(s) as it relates to the support of the application portfolio, and/or projects for the supported client groups. Priority for client change requests associated with the client's portfolio and work with service provider to complete operational issues or enhancement requests

Develops deployment and post stabilization business plans, including review of the business process after implementation to ensure it is operating as designed.

Perform SAP system configuration activities as assigned, including developing, testing and implementation

Coordinate, develop and manage system enhancements & projects as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION

Work Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an IT or technical role
• Application design experience desirable, ERP, SAP or similar Financial Applications
• Requirement gathering
• Basic Project Planning knowledge

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience

Knowledge/Skills
• SAP ECC and BW systems background a plus specifically in the development of reports and workbooks.
• Prior experience coordinating and monitoring projects and their activities within a matrixed organizational structure. Highly organized and process oriented. Comfortable discussing technical and functional solutions in a group environment
• Experience working in a shared service with multiple service providers to manage applications is a plus
• Advanced skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suites, Office 365 productivity tools; knowledge of Visual Basic is a plus

Preferred Skills
• Entertainment industry experience
• ​SAP Certification in reporting, financials or equivalent
• Experience in the configuration and implementation of multiple modules of SAP Finance or BW
• Technical knowledge of SAP BW, Reporting tools and Planning
• Knowledge with SAP Financials (FICO, BCS, AP, MM)
