Job Description
The Job

D&I Coordinator's main objective is to provide relevant information about our sports audiences and analyze content to assist in the linear and digital programming strategy of TNT Sports. He/she will also be responsible for managing and elaborating all ad-hoc brand and consumer studies.
On the other hand, he/she will support the commercial team (including Content Partnership, Strat Planning, etc.) in finding commercial opportunities, through the knowledge of our sports fans and the company's content, in order for this area to bring the best communication solution to advertisers and agencies.

The Daily
-Generate insights to support commercial proposals
• Use available tools (Kantar Ibope, TGI, Comscore, Social Bakers, Brandwatch, etc) to generate valuable and strategic information both to inspire ideas that will be translated into proposals and to support commercial proposals to clients and agencies of our sports pillar.
-Audience analysis and strategy
• Analyze, prepare and update reports that allow sports content teams to make programmatic decisions and keep commercial teams informed about audience shares, trends in sports consumption on linear and digital platforms.
-Brand and consumer studies
• Manage brand health and consumer studies of sports content. Request brief, build questionnaire, analysis and presentation.
• Competitive analysis of the sports industry
• Perform competitive industry reports on brand actions, content strategies, sports rights and sponsorship.
-Regional team coordination
• Must maintain permanent conversation with the Sports D&I specialists of the rest of the offices in the region.

The Essentials
• Broad knowledge and experience in media metrics, both off and online (IBope, TGI, Social Bakers etc.,)
• Ability to work with several projects simultaneously, prioritize, teamwork and self-management.
• Years of experience: experience in media agencies/digital agencies, specialized sports media, sports marketing, specialized sports research companies.
• Degree or equivalent experience in advertising, marketing, sociology.
• Other: possess balance between analytical and creative profile, good command of Excel and power point.
• Broad knowledge and experience in sports industry

• Fluent in English
• General knowledge of surveys and ad-hoc studies.
