The Job
As a Social Media Creative Manager for HBO Max Latam you will be the creative lead, main point of contact and responsible for the creative strategy, development and execution of all assets created to support the organic and always on campaign efforts in all our Social Media channels. You will be in charge of creating the concept and development of Social Media content that can drive substantial growth: interaction, fanbase and impressions to HBO Max Social Media handles. You will lead and test different strategies and new formats while also bringing monthly results. You keep a close eye on the creative campaigns we're executing to make sure we are meeting our organizational goals. You will create, follow and adhere to the execution and delivery calendar and make sure all assets arrive in time for campaign implementations.
This job isn't just about managing a content calendar that blows social engagement through the roof. It's also about building a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our brand, millions of people, and the entertainment we all love.
The Daily
• Define the creative strategy across all Social Media handles.
• Develop and execute multi-faceted creative social media organic campaigns and assets that drive engagement and retention.
• Responsible for ensuring that marketing programs utilize creative effectively and efficiently.
• Quickly adapt creative solutions in response to data, analytics, and feedback to improve creative performance for social media campaigns.
• Ability to balance creativity and strategic thinking, while demonstrating an ability to create visually-compelling and highly-engaging campaigns and assets.
• Work cross-functionally with Community managers, marketers, analysts, product experts and creatives to ensure we're generating the right creatives, for the right platform, with the right messaging to better connect with our fans and audiences.
• Work close to regional teams ensuring local relevance of all creative proposals and strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend actions to improve the user engagement.
• Find smart ways to use data and customer research to evaluate and improve the creative strategy.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative discovery as necessary, e.g. A/B test, competitor information, assessing the impact of the creative strategy and its impact in the Growth Marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define creative strategies that generate value to the user experience, create engagement and increase conversion rates.
• Lead internal creative strategy work sessions and presentations.
• Collaborate and guide the internal creative team in the proposal and execution of ideas and campaigns assets.
• Define creative specifications outlining components and guidelines to ensure a consistent experience across touchpoints.
• Define objectives and success criteria for creatives, gathering and analyzing existing executions, and identifying and implementing recommendations for improving creatives.
The Essentials
• Content or creative strategy and production or social media strategy.
• BS/BA degree required, with strong content marketing and analytical background.
• Highly skilled in managing consumer-first content marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Robust experience working with FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok, YT and Snapchat.
• Experience working with third-party partners on content creation.
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices, marketing analytics, and scheduling tactics.
• Effective at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in social media listening and measuring the success of content.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-starter and the ability to creatively problem-solve.
• Ability to work under deadlines and stay focused simultaneously on the big picture and the smallest details.
• Bilingual. Third language is a plus.
