The Job

WB Games San Francisco is recruiting a Senior Manager, Brand Product to serve as a liason between our game studio partners and the IP holders for Warner Bros.' most beloved franchises including Harry Potter, DC Comics, Mortal Kombat, Game of Thrones, and more.

As a principal point of contact between both internal and external partners, you will represent and be an advocate for Warner Bros. Games. You will assist the Product Marketing team in the development and execution of Style Guides and Tone of Voice documents that establish unique visual IDs, unique positioning, and distinct tones of voice for each game. You'll be responsible that each game has a sufficient supply of engagement-rich content to meet the games' financial and strategic objectives while still maintaining the quality and authenticity expected by these global brands and their fans.

You must have exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills that are simultaneously thorough, succinct, clear, and tactful. You also must have strong project management and negotiation skills. A passion for gaming and familiarity with these brands is equally essential to succeed in this position.

The Daily

Manage brand marketing for game developers and publishers.
• Partner with game teams to coordinate approvals for all assets needed for game marketing support including UA, ASO, CRM, community, and social media.
• Work with game teams to ensure style guides are flexible enough for publishing testing to achieve all financial and strategic objectives while also making the best use of Warner Bros' global IP and meeting fans' expectations for the brand

Manage game marketing with franchise brand & development teams.
• Educate and advocate for games and industry best practices in partnership with the Product Marketing team
• Coordinate with international teams to review localized content and cultivate local marketing opportunities
• Identify, develop and execute cross-promotional opportunities leveraging the ''franchise flywheel'' across Warner Bros' many business units and IP stakeholders and elevate the visibility and performance of our games

Assist the development and execution of game style and brand guides.
• Assist Product Marketing teammates in the development of Game Style Guides and Tone of Voice documents that champion a unique visual identity, unique positioning, and distinct tone of voice in the marketplace

The Essentials
• 5+ years of gaming experience. Experience may include free-to-play and live-support on console and/or mobile platform.
• Experience in digital marketing space with user acquisition knowledge
• Experience in working with major IP brands and upholding high brand standards
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills that are simultaneously thorough, succinct, clear, and tactful.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills with experience working in Asana and other project management tools
• Ability to execute, prioritize competing deadlines, and manage multiple, complex projects
• An artistic eye with excellent attention to detail – able to carefully and quickly identify any issues or inconsistencies with logos, fonts, and art assets
• Team player that can handle a high-pressure environment with empathy and tact
• Passion for and familiarity with mobile and live service games
• Passion for and familiarity with Warner Bros. franchises, in particular Harry Potter, DC Comics, and Game of Thrones
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
• Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
